A105N ball valve is specifically designed for low-temperature applications, with its core feature being the ability to operate in extremely low-temperature environments (typically ranging from -40°C to -196°C), ensuring normal opening/closing, reliable sealing, and structural stability under cryogenic conditions.
The imported low-temperature steel ball valve controls the flow of media by rotating the ball 90°. When the ball's channel aligns with the valve body, the media flows; when rotated to a perpendicular position, the media is cut off. Its core features include:
Low-Temperature Adaptability: Made from special steels (such as LCB, LC3, CF8, etc.) and processed with cryogenic treatment to prevent brittle fracture or deformation of the material at low temperatures.
Sealing Performance: The ball and valve seat are precision-ground to fit, combined with a spring-loaded redundant sealing structure (e.g., soft seat + fire-safe seat), achieving bidirectional zero leakage.
Corrosion Resistance: The valve body material (e.g., 304/316 stainless steel) and sealing materials (e.g., PTFE, PCTFE) offer excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various corrosive media.
