Products Description

Integral DBB ball valve valve is a monobloc (non-composite coupled) valve with two seat sealing surfaces, when it is in the closed position, can block (blocking) at the same time from the upstream and downstream ends of the valve medium pressure, and clamped between the seat sealing surface of the valve body cavity medium has a discharge channel.

‌DBB (Double Block and Bleed)‌ means "double block and bleed", which means that a single valve structure can realize two independent sealing blocks (Block) and intermediate cavity pressure relief (Bleed).

‌Double seal isolation‌: In the closed state, the medium flow is blocked by two sealing surfaces, and the valve cavity pressure between the two sealing surfaces is released to ensure safe operation‌.
‌Integrated design‌: The double seal structure is integrated into a single valve body to reduce the risk of leakage at the connection point, which is suitable for high-pressure or hazardous media scenarios‌.
