The A350 LF2 cryogenic ball valve is a valve specifically designed for extremely low-temperature environments, typically operating below -40°C. Its core component is a precision-machined ball, usually made of stainless steel or a high-strength, cryogenically resistant material. The ball's movement is influenced by fluid pressure and spring force. When the fluid pressure and spring force are balanced, the ball remains closed. When the fluid pressure exceeds the spring force, the ball is pushed open, and the valve opens. Once fluid has passed through the valve, the pressure decreases, and the spring force pushes the ball back to the closed position.
