The PTFE lined swing check valve is suitable for pipelines carrying sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants, and other corrosive media of various concentrations. However, the PTFE lined valve is limited by temperature (it is only suitable for media between -50°C and 150°C).

Features of PTFE-lined swing check valves:
1. Suitable for general operating conditions and special operating conditions involving abrasive or highly corrosive media.
2. PTFE-lined swing check valves require no external power source, reducing operating costs.
3. Excellent backflow prevention, utilizing the elasticity of the rubber itself and the effect of reverse back pressure.
4. Opening and closing are naturally achieved through the internal and external pressure difference during operation, suitable for highly corrosive media and power plant desulfurization.

PTFE-lined valves, also known as fluoroplastic-lined corrosion-resistant valves, are made by molding (or embedding) polytetrafluoroethylene resin (or processed profiles) into the inner wall of steel or iron valve pressure-bearing components (the same method applies to the lining of various pressure vessels and pipeline accessories) or the outer surface of valve internals. This utilizes PTFE's unique resistance to highly corrosive media to create various valves and pressure vessels. Valves that can be lined with PTFE include: PTFE-lined butterfly valves, PTFE-lined ball valves, PTFE-lined gate valves, PTFE-lined diaphragm valves, PTFE-lined gate valves, PTFE-lined plug valves, PTFE-lined check valves, and PTFE-lined regulating valves.
