Pneumatic PTFE-lined ball valves use a pneumatic actuator as a power source. The valve body is lined with fluoroplastics (such as PTFE, FEP, PFA). Compressed air drives the PTFE-lined ball to rotate 90 degrees, achieving automated shut-off/connection of highly corrosive media (such as concentrated acids, concentrated alkalis, and organic solvents).

 

Its core advantage lies in the dual function of "pneumatic control + PTFE corrosion resistance": pneumatic drive ensures rapid automated response (action time ≤ 5 seconds), and the PTFE lining (typically 2mm~5mm thick) possesses excellent chemical stability, resisting the erosion of most highly corrosive media and preventing corrosion damage to the metal valve body.

 

Compared to ordinary pneumatic ball valves, GNEE pneumatic PTFE-lined ball valves have extremely strong corrosion resistance, making them suitable for highly corrosive environments; compared to electric PTFE-lined ball valves, GNEE pneumatic PTFE-lined ball valves require no electricity, making them more suitable for flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive environments.

Pneumatic PTFE lined ball valve performance characteristics
