Electric control valves are hydraulically operated valves with solenoid valves as pilot valves, widely used in water supply and drainage systems, industrial automation control, and urban water supply projects. These valves remotely control the opening and closing of the main valve via the solenoid pilot valve. When equipped with normally open or normally closed solenoid valves, they can operate on AC 220V or DC 24V voltage. The nominal pressure range is 1.0-2.5MPa, and the applicable medium temperature is 0-80℃. These valves are characterized by their small size, light weight, simple maintenance, ease of use, and high safety and reliability.
The valve system comprises a main valve, a solenoid pilot valve, a needle valve, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control piping system. The main valve's opening and closing is achieved by regulating the control chamber pressure. The equipped WL intelligent linear electric actuator features a digital display interface and fault protection mechanisms, supporting preset operating modes in case of signal failure. Product specifications cover diameters from DN125 to DN200. During installation, the valve cover must be kept horizontal and upwards; drainage facilities are required for fire protection systems. The adjustable valve closing speed design effectively eliminates water hammer pressure fluctuations, making it a suitable replacement for gate valves and butterfly valves in large piping systems.

Equipped with WL intelligent linear electric actuators, these actuators are small, available in a full range of specifications, lightweight, powerful, and easy to operate. They require no adjustment potentiometer, ensuring high reliability and low noise.
The WL electric actuator features an integrated design with self-diagnostic capabilities, making it very convenient to use and adjust.
It has a digital display showing control signal values, feedback signal values, and manual operation values.
WL intelligent electric actuator functions include: fault diagnosis, alarm, and protection functions for interrupted control signals. When the signal is interrupted, the actuator can either open, close, remain in place, or be in any preset position between 0% and 100%. It also includes valve stall fault diagnosis, reporting, and protection functions.
One three-way valve can replace two single-seat or double-seat valves, occupying a small space and saving on installation piping and costs.
It features high adjustment accuracy and good adjustment performance, allowing a temperature difference ≤150℃.
In addition to the guide bushing at the valve cover, the valve core side and the inner surface of the valve seat also provide guidance, resulting in a large guiding area and reliable operation.
The bellows seal type forms a safe seal on the moving valve stem, preventing liquid leakage.
