Working Principle
The working principle of this valve is based on controlling the valve opening according to the fluid pressure difference. When the valve is open, the fluid first passes through the regulating section. The automatic regulating device inside the regulating section controls the valve opening degree according to the pressure difference between the valve inlet and outlet, thereby stabilizing the flow rate. Through the automatic regulating device, the valve will automatically open when the pipeline pressure difference increases and automatically close when it decreases.
Composition and Structure
A differential pressure bypass valve typically consists of three parts: the regulating section, the bypass section, and the valve body structure. The purpose of the bypass section is to drain excess fluid from the valve inlet and outlet and coordinate with the main fluid flow. The valve body structure typically consists of the valve body, valve cover, ball, valve stem, valve seat, and sealing elements. Different valve materials can be used to adapt to different media and temperature conditions.
Application Scope
Differential pressure bypass valves have a wide range of applications, mainly used to control the flow and pressure balance in pipeline systems in water supply, HVAC, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
