The pneumatic flanged butterfly valve consists of a butterfly valve and a pneumatic actuator. It is controlled by a 2-position 5-way solenoid valve to achieve 90° rotation of the butterfly plate for opening and closing. It features a compact structure, light weight, and rapid opening and closing. The sealing components are made of materials such as nitrile rubber, fluororubber, and PTFE-lined materials, or a soft-hard layered metal sheet structure, achieving bidirectional sealing with zero leakage.
The hard-seal butterfly valve employs a triple-eccentric design to reduce friction between the valve disc and seat, improving sealing performance and service life. Its flanged design supports installation in any position, offering a large flow area and low fluid resistance.
GNEE Group specializes in the production of pneumatic flange butterfly valves, which are domestically produced valves using international technology. They have passed CE and ATEX certifications and are exported to 130 countries!

Pneumatic Flanged Butterfly Valve Structural Features
Flange Connection
The valve body has flanges at both ends, which are directly bolted to the pipe flanges, ensuring reliable sealing and convenient installation. It is especially suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter applications (e.g., DN350-DN2600).
Flange standards comply with international or national standards (e.g., ANSI, DIN, GB) to ensure compatibility with pipelines.
Butterfly Plate and Seal
Soft Seal: Uses elastic materials such as nitrile rubber and EPDM, providing good sealing performance, but with limited temperature resistance (≤65℃).
Hard Seal: The valve seat and butterfly plate sealing surfaces are overlaid with stainless steel or cobalt-based hard alloy, providing high temperature (up to 600℃) and high pressure resistance, and a long service life.
Composite Seal: Uses a combination of soft and hard layered metal sheets (e.g., flexible graphite plate and stainless steel plate composite), combining the advantages of hard metal seals and elastic seals, with stable sealing performance under low-temperature conditions.
Butterfly Plate: Circular or elliptical design, rotating around its own axis (0°-90°) to control flow. Materials include stainless steel, rubber coating, or PTFE, adaptable to various operating conditions.
Sealing Methods:
Eccentric Design
Double Eccentric Structure: The valve stem axis deviates from the butterfly plate centerline, improving opening and closing torque, reducing friction, and extending service life.
Triple Eccentric Structure: Completely eliminates friction, suitable for extreme conditions such as ultra-high temperature and high pressure, achieving a "tighter as it closes" sealing function.
Pneumatic Actuator
Uses compressed air to drive the piston or diaphragm, which in turn rotates the valve stem, opening and closing the valve.
The actuator features fast response, reliable operation, and supports remote control and automated regulation.
