- Flange Connection: The valve body has flanges at both ends, which are directly bolted to the pipe flanges, ensuring reliable sealing and convenient installation, especially suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications.
- Soft Seal Structure:
- Sealing Materials: Utilizes elastic materials such as nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and silicone rubber, providing excellent sealing performance and achieving bidirectional zero leakage.
- Sealing Forms: Includes centerline soft seal and composite seat centerline seal. The centerline soft seal butterfly valve features a spherical outer circle of the butterfly plate, which, when combined with the synthetic rubber valve seat, forms a bidirectional seal. The composite seat centerline butterfly valve uses a combination of soft and hard layered metal sheets (such as a composite of flexible graphite and stainless steel plates), combining the advantages of both hard metal seals and elastic seals.
- Sealing Characteristics: No sliding friction between the butterfly plate and the sealing ring reduces wear and improves sealing reliability. The three-dimensional eccentric structure achieves a "tighter as it closes" sealing function, adapting to high-pressure conditions.
- Disc Design: The disc is a circular or elliptical thin plate that controls the flow rate of the medium by rotating around its own axis (0°~90°). Some discs adopt a double-flat truss flow-through design, which has low flow resistance, high strength, and good vibration resistance.
- Drive Method: Supports multiple drive methods such as manual, electric, and pneumatic to meet the needs of different working conditions. Electric/pneumatic drives can achieve remote control and automatic adjustment, with fast response speed, and are suitable for flammable and explosive environments.
