Gas Globe Valve

Gas globe valve is a forced sealing valve specially designed for the gas system. It can achieve reliable gas cutoff or flow regulation through the vertical movement of the valve disc along the center line of the valve seat.
According to the application scenario, it can be divided into:

‌General gas stop valve‌: such as the J41F series, suitable for medium and low pressure pipelines such as natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (nominal pressure PN16-PN25);
‌Precision adjustment gas stop valve‌: such as the speed ratio stop valve, which ensures that the fuel adjustment door opening corresponds linearly to the gas flow by controlling the inlet pressure.

Core structural features‌
‌Forced sealing design‌
When the valve disc is closed, the mechanical pressure applied by the valve stem fits tightly with the valve seat to ensure zero leakage and block the gas flow. The sealing performance meets the API 598 standard.
‌Short stroke valve stem‌
The valve stem has a short lifting stroke (about 1/3 of the gate valve), fast opening and closing speed and small operating torque, which is suitable for working conditions that require frequent adjustment.
‌Flow direction optimization‌
Adopting the "low in and high out" flow direction design, the gas pressure itself is used to enhance the sealing effect, and the closed state is more stable.

Core functions ‌
‌Safety cutoff‌
In an emergency, the valve can be quickly closed to block the gas supply to prevent leakage accidents (such as repairing the pipeline or detecting excessive gas concentration).
‌Flow regulation‌
The gas flow is linearly controlled through the valve disc opening to achieve pressure stability (such as keeping the fuel adjustment valve inlet pressure constant).
‌Throttling and pressure reduction‌
In high-pressure gas pipelines, the flow velocity is reduced through the reduced diameter structure to avoid the impact of high-speed airflow on downstream equipment.
