Jacketed Globe Valve

Jacketed globe valve is a special valve with an external metal jacket added to the ordinary stop valve. It is mainly used to control the on-off of the medium in the pipeline, and maintain the temperature stability of the medium in the valve body by injecting heat-insulating/cold-insulating medium (such as steam, thermal oil or cooling water) into the jacket to prevent it from solidifying or crystallizing at room temperature.

The main valve controls the medium on and off, and the jacket independently adjusts the temperature to prevent the medium from affecting fluidity due to changes in ambient temperature.

The jacket and valve body are welded as a whole, which is more pressure-resistant and less prone to leakage than the cast jacket.
‌Strong adaptability‌
Supports multiple connection methods such as flange and butt welding, and can match different valve body structures such as DC type and angle type.
