Main structure

Valve body material: carbon steel (such as WCB, LCB), taking into account both strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for -20℃~550℃ working conditions;

Gate type:

Wedge gate: rigid integral type (high pressure seal), elastic single gate (compensation for sealing surface deviation);

Parallel gate: double gate structure, suitable for low pressure or easy deformation conditions;

Sealing form: self-sealing (depending on medium pressure) or forced sealing (external force pressure is required).

Drive mode

Manual operation: handwheel or lever drive, suitable for conventional opening and closing scenarios;

Electric/pneumatic: adapted to high frequency or remote control requirements (such as PZ973 series electric knife gate valve). ‌Working Principle‌
The gate moves vertically. When fully open, the flow channel is completely unobstructed (opening ≥ 1.1 times the pipe diameter). When closed, the medium pressure or external force presses the cover tightly to achieve cutoff.
