Description
Double flange gate valve is a shut-off valve with flange connections at both ends. It can fully open or fully close the pipeline medium through the vertical lifting movement of the gate. It is suitable for working conditions containing particles, high viscosity or corrosive media. Its core feature is that the flange interfaces are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the valve body, which is convenient for the rapid installation and removal of the pipeline system.
Core structure and type
Main structure:
Valve body and flange: The material can be cast steel, 304 stainless steel or carbon steel. The flange interface complies with GB/T 9113 standard, and the diameter covers DN15~DN800 (NPS 2~24);
Gate design: Knife-type gate (such as parallel double gate) or wedge structure. The knife-type design can effectively cut off the medium containing solid particles (such as pulp, coal ash);
Sealing system: Soft seal (PTFE, rubber) achieves zero leakage, hard seal (metal to metal) is erosion-resistant, and some models support bidirectional sealing.
Drive mode:
Manual operation: Suitable for small-diameter valves with a diameter of DN≤200, with a simple structure and low cost; Electric/pneumatic drive: Recommended for DN≥300, suitable for remote control or high-frequency operation scenarios.
Typical models:
Manual type: PZ43X/Y/W/F/H series (cast steel or 304 stainless steel);
Electric type: PZ973X/H/F series (temperature resistance up to 400℃, outstanding high-pressure adaptability)
