Valve plate: Thin-blade knife-shaped design (bevel cut at the bottom), can cut off impurities such as fibers and pulp, made of stainless steel or cemented carbide
Sealing system: divided into hard seal (metal to metal) and soft seal (rubber/PTFE), some models support two-way sealing
Drive mode
Manual: Operated by handwheel or lever, suitable for conventional working conditions
Pneumatic: Equipped with single-acting (spring reset) or double-acting cylinder, supports automatic control
Working principle: The valve plate rises and falls vertically, the medium is cut off by the blade, and the drive device drives the valve stem to move to open and close.
