Electric Wafer Knife Gate Valve Description
Electric knife gate valve adopts a wafer connection design. The electric actuator drives the knife gate to move vertically. It is specially used for rapid cut-off control of media containing particles, fibers, and high viscosity. It has the characteristics of compact structure, low flow resistance and strong wear resistance.

Application and selection suggestions
Mining/coal preparation system:
Preferably choose hard-sealed stainless steel gate (such as Z973H-16C), which is resistant to particle erosion and has a service life of ≥5 years.
Sewage treatment/papermaking industry:
Adapt to soft-sealed fluorine-lined type (such as D641F-10P), DN200-DN500 models can effectively cut off fiber impurities.
Chemical/food pipeline:
Select PTFE soft seal for clean media, and welded carbide gate for particle-containing conditions, with a pressure resistance of PN16-PN25.
Selection considerations:
Installation space: The clamp-type design saves 50% of the installation space, and the electric actuator operation area needs to be reserved.
Automation requirements: ExdⅡBT4 level actuators are required for explosion-proof scenarios, and manual emergency operation functions are supported.
