- Cylinder inspection and maintenance program
Normally do a good job of cylinder surface cleaning and cylinder spindle spring refueling, every 6 months regularly open the cylinder end cover to check the cylinder with or without debris and moisture, as well as the status of the grease. If the grease is missing or dry, the cylinder should be disassembled for comprehensive maintenance and cleaning before adding grease.
- Valve body inspection
Every 6 months to check whether the valve body appearance is good, the installation flange has no leakage, if it is convenient to check whether the valve body seal is good, no wear and tear, and the valve plate operation is flexible, the valve has no foreign body stuck.
