Features
High-temperature resistant structural design
Adopting metal hard sealing structure, the sealing surface is welded with high-temperature resistant alloy (such as Stellite alloy), and the maximum temperature resistance can reach above 350℃.
The valve seat adopts a double piston effect design, which automatically compensates the sealing force when the system pressure fluctuates to ensure zero leakage at high temperature
The valve body and the ball are mirror polished (roughness ≤Ra0.8μm) to reduce high-temperature jamming caused by residual medium
Material and process
The main material is mainly 304/316 stainless steel, and some high-pressure models use forging process to improve strength
The surface is sprayed with wear-resistant coatings such as tungsten carbide, with a hardness of HRC72-78, which prolongs the high-temperature wear life
Intelligent adaptation
Supports pneumatic/electric drive, can integrate explosion-proof actuators (Ex dⅡCT4) and 4-20mA signal feedback, and is compatible with DCS control systems
