3 way hydraulic ball valve Description
The three-way hydraulic ball valve is a valve that controls the flow of three-way media by rotating the ball. It has high pressure tolerance (up to 31.5MPa) and flow direction switching function (diversion, confluence or cut-off). Its core structure includes:
Valve body and channel: three ports (inlet, outlet, branch port), divided into L type (orthogonal switching) and T type (three-way intercommunication) according to the flow direction;
Ball and seal:
Floating ball seal (such as KHB3K type): the ball is pressed against the valve seat by the hydraulic reaction force to achieve two-way zero leakage;
Elastic preload design (patent CN222746660U): sliding baffle + spring structure improves the safety of opening and closing, and reduces the wear rate by 30%.
Function and typical application
Media flow direction control:
L-type valve core: realizes orthogonal switching of two pipelines (such as hydraulic system oil circuit reversing);
T-type valve core: supports three-channel intercommunication or single-channel cut-off (such as chemical reactor feed diversion).
