Electric flange ball valve is an automated control valve composed of an electric actuator and a flange-connected ball valve. It drives the ball to rotate 90° by receiving an electrical signal to achieve rapid opening and closing or flow regulation of pipeline media. Its core functions include:
Remote control: Suitable for industrial scenarios that require automated operation (such as petroleum and chemical pipelines), supports 4-20mA signal input and 220V AC power drive.
High sealing: Soft seal (PTFE) or hard seal (metal to metal) structure meets the needs of different media, and the leakage level reaches ANSI VI level.
Structural and design features
Valve body and materials:
The valve body is made of forged carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel (such as WCB, 304/316), the flange connection complies with GB/ANSI/DIN standards, and the pressure resistance reaches PN16-PN63 (1.6-6.4MPa).
The surface of the ball is sprayed with carbide (such as tungsten carbide), and the full-bore design reduces flow resistance, and the pressure loss is lower than that of gate valves of the same specifications.
Actuator:
Equipped with GT, DSR or DKJ series electric actuators, built-in servo system, support switch type or regulation type control, and torque range covers 50-2000N·m.
The direct drive structure simplifies installation, has a short response time (usually ≤15 seconds), and is suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios.
Sealing and safety:
Dual seal design: The valve stem adopts PTFE packing and O-ring for double sealing, and the valve seat compensates for wear through spring preload to ensure long-term sealing.
Fireproof and explosion-proof: The actuator meets the ExdⅡBT4 explosion-proof standard, and the thickened valve body design can withstand extreme temperatures from -29℃ to 450℃.
