3-PC Flanged Ball Valve Description
Three-piece flanged ball valve is a kind of industrial valve with three-component bolted structure, which is connected with pipeline through flange to achieve efficient cut-off and flow control of fluid. Its core characteristics are as follows:
Structural composition
Three-component valve body structure
Left and right bonnets: cast steel (WCB) or stainless steel (CF8M), connected with the intermediate valve body through bolts;
Intermediate valve body Intermediate body: Wraps the ball and seal assembly, which can be disassembled separately for maintenance.
Seal actuating system
Ball: full diameter design (equal diameter with pipeline), surface hardening treatment to enhance wear resistance;
Floating seat: spring preloaded structure, under medium pressure, automatically press the ball to achieve bi-directional. Floating seat: spring preloaded structure, automatic compression of the ball under medium pressure to achieve bidirectional sealing;
Stem: lower mounted anti-ejection design, packing box using flexible graphite + disc spring compression.
Flange connection interface
Conforms to ANSI, DIN and other standard flanges, pressure covers PN16~PN64 (Class 150~400).

Removable Maintainability
Three-piece structure allows in-line removal of the bonnet and replacement of seals without disconnecting the pipeline.

Full bore design flow resistance coefficient ≤ 0.08, flow loss close to zero.
Wide range of applicability
Temperature range: -29℃~350℃ (soft seal) / -196℃~550℃ (metal hard seal);
Applicable medium: water, oil The medium of application: water, oil, acid and alkali solutions and special media such as oxygen and ethylene.
Rapid opening and closing manoeuvre
90° rotation to achieve full opening/closing, supporting manual, pneumatic or electric actuators.
