Features

Super pressure and temperature resistance

Maximum pressure resistance ≤420 bar (PN420), temperature range -196°C~550°C (LNG deep cooling to high temperature steam).

Zero Leakage Seal

The metal hard seal structure has a leakage rating of API 598 Class VI (leakage rate ≤ 10-⁶ mbar-L/s).

Resistant to scouring and abrasion

Hardened ball and seat can handle media containing ash and crystalline particles (e.g. coal chemical grey water, slurry).

Fire and explosion safety

All-metal construction is certified by API 607 for fire protection, and emergency shut-off is still possible after the soft seal melts.
