Carbon Steel Floating Ball Valve Description
Carbon steel floating ball valve is a valve with no supporting shaft for the ball and only two valve seats for support.
Working principle
Closing process: When the valve is closed, the medium pressure acts on the back of the ball, forcing the ball to press against the outlet valve seat, thereby forming a seal to prevent the medium from passing through.
Opening process: drive the valve stem to rotate, and the valve stem drives the ball to rotate 90°, so that the channel on the ball is aligned with the pipeline channel, the valve is opened, and the medium can pass smoothly.
