High-Pressure 2-Ways Ball Valves Description
High-pressure two-way ball valve is specially designed for high-pressure medium control. It adopts a two-piece valve body (main valve body + auxiliary valve body) and a flange connection structure. The medium is opened and closed or the flow direction is controlled by rotating the ball 90°. It is suitable for Class 150~2500LB (PN1.0~PN420) high-pressure scenarios.
The core structure includes:
Split valve body: The main and auxiliary valve bodies are connected by bolts or flanges, which is convenient for disassembly maintenance and seal replacement;
Floating/fixed ball design:
Floating ball: The medium pressure pushes the ball to press the sealing ring, which is suitable for medium and low pressure (≤PN25);
Fixed ball: The ball is fixed by the upper and lower valve stems, and the valve seat is floatingly sealed, which is suitable for ultra-high pressure (≥PN420);
Sealing form: Carbide seal (temperature resistant to 425℃), PTFE soft seal (≤180℃), leakage level reaches ANSI VI level.

Petrochemical: Control high-temperature and high-pressure oils and acids (such as Q41F-16P stainless steel ball valve); Energy and power: Steam pipelines and boiler systems (such as BKH series pneumatic high-pressure ball valves); Hydraulic system: Hydraulic oil circuit switching (such as KHB type high-pressure carbon steel ball valve); Special media: Corrosive gases (such as 316L stainless steel + carbide seal combination).
Selection and installation points
Selection recommendations: High-pressure scenarios: Prioritize fixed ball structure + carbide seal, suitable for frequent opening and closing and impact loads; Corrosive media: Select 316/316L stainless steel valve body, or nickel-plated surface; Flange standard: Match pipeline flange specifications (such as ASME B16.5, HG/T20592). Installation specifications:
The flange bolts must be tightened symmetrically to avoid deformation of the valve body and leakage;
The valve stem operating space (≥90°) must be reserved, and the pneumatic/electric actuator must be equipped with a limit switch.
