(1) It is necessary to find out that the upstream and downstream pipelines of the ball valve have been relieved of pressure before disassembling and decomposing.
(2) Decomposition and reassembly must be careful to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts, especially non-metallic parts, take out the O-ring is appropriate to use special tools.
(3) The bolts on the flange should be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly during assembly.
(4) Cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working medium (such as gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, petrol (GB484-89) can be used to clean the metal parts. Non-metallic parts with pure water or alcohol cleaning.

(5) Decomposition of individual parts can be cleaned by immersion washing. There are still not decomposed down the non-metallic parts of the metal parts can be clean fine clean impregnated with detergent silk cloth (to avoid fibre shedding adhering to the parts) scrubbing. Cleaning must remove all adherence to the wall of grease, dirt, glue, dust, etc..
(6) Non-metallic parts should be removed from the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning and should not be immersed for a long time.
(7) After cleaning need to be washed wall cleaning agent volatilisation (can be used without soaking cleaning agent silk cloth wipe) for assembly, but shall not be left for a long time, otherwise it will be rusty, contaminated by dust. Ball valve manufacturers
(8) New parts also need to be cleaned before assembly.

(9) Use grease for lubrication. Grease should be compatible with the ball valve metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium. When the working medium is gas, it can be used, for example, special 221 grease. Apply a thin layer of grease on the surface of the seal mounting groove, a thin layer of grease on the rubber seal, and a thin layer of grease on the sealing surface of the valve stem and the friction surface.
(10) The assembly should not allow metal shavings, fibres, grease (except those specified for use) dust and other impurities, foreign matter, etc., to contaminate, adhere to, or remain on the surface of the parts or enter the internal cavity.
