Forged steel gate valve is designed and manufactured according to JB/T7746, API602, ANSI B16.34 standards, using the latest grinding and forging technology. Suitable for Class150~2500, working temperature -29 ~ 425 ℃ (carbon steel), -29 ~ 550 ℃ (heat-resistant steel) or -196 ~ 600 ℃ (stainless steel) of the small diameter pipe. Valve design is compact, beautiful appearance. Different materials are selected, which can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidative media, urea and other media respectively.

The valve is used in the pipeline system of power station, nuclear power station, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, hydropower and other industries, mainly to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, with the help of the handwheel on the upper end of the stem nut to apply a certain torque to the gate, so that the gate moves up and down, to achieve the opening and closing of the valve.
