The pneumatic three-piece ball valve is a ball valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator; the valve can be closed tightly by rotating the valve 90 degrees and applying a very small torque; the completely equal inner cavity of the valve body provides a very small resistance and straight flow channel for the medium; it can be used directly for opening and closing, or it can be designed to have the function of throttling and controlling flow.

step 1 Assembly of limit switch and cylinder
The first step is to install the limit switch and the pneumatic actuator. It should be noted that the lower part of the limit switch connecting shaft is a convex position, and the upper part of the pneumatic actuator is a concave surface. After alignment, clamp the two together and fix them with the mounting screws.

step 2 Assembly of cylinder and manual mechanism
The second step is that there is an inner octagonal groove under the pneumatic actuator, and an outer square at the connecting shaft of the handwheel mechanism. Connect the two, fix and tighten the mounting screws. It should be noted here that the pneumatic actuator and the handwheel mechanism must maintain the same position, such as closing or opening at the same time. If the directions are inconsistent, normal operation cannot be performed, resulting in the valve being unable to open and close normally.

step 3 Assembly of solenoid valve and cylinder
The third step is the installation of the solenoid valve. There are two air outlets on its back that correspond to the two air inlet holes on one side of the pneumatic actuator. Align the two holes and fix them with screws. Here, it should be noted that the sealing ring in the connection hole of the solenoid valve cannot fall off. If it falls off, the solenoid valve and the cylinder part cannot be sealed, resulting in serious air leakage. The two connection holes are connected in positive and negative directions. If the installation direction is reversed, the valve will react.

step 4 Assembly of ball valve and cylinder
The fourth step is the installation of the three-piece ball valve. It connects the outer square of the connecting shaft to the inner eight square of the pneumatic actuator or manual structure. The size of the inner eight square is 14, and the size of the square shaft is 11. When installing, put an 11-to-14 adapter sleeve on the square shaft, and then connect it with the handwheel. After connection, fix it with the installation screws and tighten it. Here, it should be noted that the connection between the ball valve and the pneumatic actuator or manual structure must be kept in the same position, such as closing or opening. If the direction is inconsistent, it cannot work normally, resulting in the valve being unable to switch normally.
