Stainless steel threaded ball valve is a type of ball valve product that uses threaded connections. It is primarily categorized into three structural types: one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece. The two-piece and three-piece structures also support butt-welding (BW) and socket-welding (SW) connection types.
The valve body is cast using a process introduced from Taiwan and is equipped with an ISO-standard mounting platform and a locking device. The valve seat features an elastic sealing structure, and the valve stem employs a bottom-mounted inverted seal design to prevent the stem from being ejected.
The valve supports three driving methods: manual, electric, and pneumatic. It includes a 90° switch positioning mechanism and can be locked to prevent accidental operation.
