- Maintenance methods
1, before disassembly, first of all, to be clear about the valve those high temperature, flammable and explosive or toxic, corrosive media, at the same time to drain the valve internal media pressure. Ensure equipment and personal safety.
2, disassembly steps:
A Remove the cylinder: remove the locking ring, lift up and remove the cylinder, you can see the piston, spring, position indicator, valve stem and other parts.
B Remove the valve body: use a wrench to rotate the root of the valve cover, that is, the valve body can be disassembled to see the valve body parts.
C Remove seals: after disassembling the valve body, you can see the seals at the end of the valve stem, unscrew the screws fixing the seals, you can remove the seals.
3,According to the fault analysis, the disassembled valve is processed accordingly. After processing, refer to the disassembly steps once installed.
4, the repaired valve, must do the pressure test and leakage test, there is no abnormality before installing and using again.
5, seals, locking rings, sealing rings and springs and other components must be installed in place, tighten the connection, the force should be uniform. Be careful not to touch the diaphragm and valve seat during disassembly and installation.
