In March 2024, the customer first contacted GNEE Group via email, expressing the need for 300 API 6D stainless steel plug valves. GNEE Group promptly provided a quotation and an SGS certificate according to the customer's requirements. The customer expressed a desire to discuss the pricing issue, indicating that they were not entirely satisfied with the quoted price. Our staff showed a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and invited them to visit GNEE Group and the GNEE factory to discuss the pricing details further. The customer accepted our proposal and scheduled a visit to GNEE Group in May.
Upon the customer's arrival at GNEE Group, we first led them on a tour of the GNEE premises and introduced them to the company's development history. After entering the meeting room, we presented an overview of GNEE Group's departments, factory workshops, and customer collaborations through a video presentation. We also showed the customer a physical copy of the SGS certification to alleviate some of their concerns.


Following this, we began discussing the details of the collaboration. The customer requested to order valves of size DN1000, made of 316L stainless steel, and conforming to API 6D production standards and testing requirements. GNEE Group assured the customer that we could provide valves according to their specifications, but the price would remain as previously discussed, with a maximum discount of 2%. The customer expressed dissatisfaction with this price.
GNEE Group explained that the price reflects the quality, and we provide superior valves at this price to ensure the safety and reliability of the customer's project. The customer then expressed a desire to visit the GNEE factory, to which we showed full support.
In the afternoon, we took the customer on a tour of the GNEE factory, visiting the GNEE warehouse and production workshops, which included the press machines, CNC lathes, conventional lathes, and instrument lathes. We also visited the quality inspection workshop, where we demonstrated strength testing and sealing tests. The customer remarked that both GNEE's factory and employees appeared highly professional and reliable.


After touring the GNEE factory, the customer agreed to accept the 2% discount and expressed readiness to sign the cooperation documents. We were very pleased and expressed our sincere gratitude for the customer's support and recognition. At 5 PM, after finalizing the product specifications and delivery requirements, we signed the cooperation documents with the customer and took a commemorative photo together.
