A105 forged steel ball valve is made of ASTM A105 forged carbon steel for the valve body. The body undergoes die forging, heat treatment, and CNC precision machining, resulting in a dense structure free of porosity or blowholes. It can withstand pressures from Class 150 to 2500Lb (PN16 to PN420) and is suitable for water, oil, steam, natural gas, and weakly corrosive media within a temperature range of -29°C to 425°C. The valve complies with API 6D, ASME B16.34, and NACE MR0175 standards. It is available with flanged, butt-welded, socket-welded, or threaded ends, in sizes from DN15 to DN200, and can be equipped with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators. It is widely used for high-pressure shut-off in long-distance pipelines, urban gas distribution, and chemical plants.

Superior Sealing:
Ball and seat are lapped and ground; the ball surface is nickel-plated or coated with tungsten carbide via supersonic spraying to achieve ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI zero leakage.
Spring-loaded seats automatically compensate for wear.
Fire & Static Protection:
Graphite packing forms a secondary seal in case of fire.
Conductive springs between the stem, ball, and body ensure electrical continuity (resistance ≤10 Ω).
Blowout-Proof Stem:
Bottom-entry stem with a back-sealing structure prevents stem ejection and allows packing replacement online.
Multiple Connection Options:
Flanged ends comply with ASME B16.5, butt-welded ends with ASME B16.25, and threaded ends with ANSI B1.20.1 (NPT) for direct pipeline installation.
Easy Maintenance:
Two-piece or three-piece design allows ball and seat removal without disassembling the pipeline.
Extended bonnet facilitates insulation and remote operation.
