A105 forged steel ball valve is a ball valve made of ASTM A105 integral forged carbon steel with a valve body. The valve body undergoes die forging, heat treatment, and CNC precision machining, resulting in a dense structure free of porosity and sand holes. It can withstand Class 150～2500Lb (PN16～PN420) pressure and is suitable for water, oil, steam, natural gas, and mildly corrosive media at temperatures ranging from -29～425 ℃. The valve design conforms to API 6D, ASME B16.34, and NACE MR0175 standards, features socket welding at the ends, and has a diameter of DN15～DN200. It can be equipped with manual, pneumatic, and electric actuators and is widely used for high-pressure shut-off in long-distance pipelines, urban gas, and chemical plants.
