The three-piece sanitary ball valve is a structural subcategory of stainless steel sanitary ball valves, made of stainless steel (304/316L) with a "left valve body + middle valve body + right valve body" three-section structure. It is assembled by bolting, with the ball core and seat embedded in the middle valve body.
Compliant with 3A and FDA sanitary certification standards, it features a dead-zone-free flow path (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm). The three-piece design allows the middle valve body to be disassembled separately for maintenance or replacement of the ball core and seat, eliminating the need to disassemble the entire pipeline. It combines the advantages of conventional sanitary ball valves, such as rapid opening/closing and low flow resistance, making it ideal for sanitary applications requiring frequent maintenance and low upkeep costs.
