Stainless steel valves are widely used in industrial and civil fields due to its material properties and structural design, the following is a detailed analysis of its core advantages:

1. Excellent corrosion resistance
The use of 304/316L stainless steel or chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy material, can withstand acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive media (such as nitric acid, acetic acid), suitable for the chemical industry, petroleum and other harsh environments.
In the paper industry and other highly corrosive scenarios, stainless steel valves can operate stably for a long time, avoiding the risk of leakage due to media corrosion.
2. High temperature and pressure resistance
Wide temperature range (-20°C ~ +550°C), hard seal type can withstand high temperature steam (such as boiler system) and high pressure oil and gas transmission (pressure up to Class 600).
The valve body and sealing surface are designed by surfacing hard alloy (such as Stellite) or composite structure to enhance the resistance to particle scouring and prolong the service life under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

3. High sealing reliability
Support self-sealing (medium pressure assisted sealing) and mandatory sealing (external compression of the gate), the leakage rate can be controlled at ≤ 10 ppm, to meet the stringent sealing requirements.
Stainless steel spool hardness, wear-resistant sealing surface, in the frequent opening and closing or changes in the direction of flow of the medium can still maintain stable sealing.
4. Multi-functional and widely applicable
Applicable to water, oil, steam, acidic media and other fluid control, covering petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, municipal and other industries.
In the building water supply and drainage, HVAC system, stainless steel valves can effectively regulate the flow and ensure long-term rust prevention, reduce maintenance costs.
5. Economy and long life
Although the initial cost is higher, but stainless steel valves due to low maintenance requirements (corrosion resistance, wear resistance) and long service life (up to decades), the overall cost-effective and significantly better than ordinary material valves.
