The natural gas pipeline forged steel ball valve is a forged steel structure, which is particularly suitable for working conditions of mediums such as coal gas, purified natural gas, sour natural gas, water, coal slurry and oil products. It is suitable for Class 150~Class 1500, and the working temperature is -28~300℃ in pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry, thermal power plants, etc., to cut off or connect the medium.
Because the internal materials of the forged steel ball valve are also carefully selected, the wall thickness of the valve body and the connection strength of the bolts of the valve body are strictly calculated according to the requirements of the American standard ASME B16.34 to ensure the corresponding valve body pressure level and reliable strength of the joint. The ball adopts a fixed structure and a floating valve seat, which can achieve a small torque under the operating pressure. It adopts a metal sleeve with self-lubricating PTFE, which is matched with a high-strength and high-finish valve stem to minimize the friction coefficient.

The pipeline forged steel ball valve uses polymer material as the valve seat seal, and the sealing seat is spring-loaded. It has excellent sealing performance in a wide range of temperature and pressure changes, ensuring a bubble-free seal under the action of the closing pressure difference, and maintaining the minimum operating torque under the maximum pressure difference.
The specifications and pressure ratings of the forged steel ball valve meet the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute API 16D/ISO 14314 standard, the Chinese GB/T 19672 standard and the American ASME standard. According to customer requirements, the valve can be made of materials that meet the American Corrosion Engineering Association standard NACE MR 0175 or NACE MR 0103.
The design and manufacturing quality system of the ball valve is based on the ISO 9001 quality system standard and API Q1 quality outline specification, and is approved by DNV and the American API Petroleum Institute, in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system standard, API Q1 and API 6D specifications, and authorized to use the API logo, certificate number is API 6D-0652.

Pipeline forged steel ball valves have a variety of materials to choose from, complete specifications and pressure levels, both full diameter and reduced diameter, and are ideal valves for wide use in pipelines such as oil, natural gas, and chemical raw materials.
