The three-in-one check valve features a streamlined design to reduce pressure loss and supports horizontal or vertical pipeline installation. A built-in opening indicator allows for real-time adjustment of pump output, and media shut-off or bypass priming and recovery is achieved through valve stem rotation. Its flanged connection design is compatible with pipelines from DN40 to 1200mm, and it can handle media temperatures up to 250℃, with nominal pressures ranging from 1.0 to 4.0 MPa. Core components include a copper alloy valve disc, a 2Cr13 stainless steel valve stem, and a ductile iron valve body, meeting the protection requirements of various industrial applications such as building water supply and drainage, and boiler condensate systems.

 

Structural Composition

Working Principle

Check Flow:

The valve disc opens when the medium flows in the forward direction and closes when it flows in the reverse direction to prevent backflow.

Silence or Slow Closure:

Noise and water hammer effects are reduced during closure through soft seals or buffer devices.

Additional Functions:

Such as backfire prevention (gas systems) or flow regulation (with control device).
