The Micro Resistance Slow Closing Silencing Check Valve features a sloping plate design and utilizes delayed closing technology to achieve tiered flow discharge. It divides the valve disc closing stroke into two stages: a rapid 90% closure and a slow 10% closure, effectively reducing water pressure impact during pump shutdown and controlling water hammer peaks within 1.5 times the operating pressure. Equipped with a soft-seal structure featuring nitrile rubber seals, it combines wear resistance, shock absorption, and quiet operation, reducing fluid resistance by more than 30% compared to traditional check valves. It is primarily suitable for clean media such as clean water, sewage, and seawater. Nominal diameters range from DN40 to 2000mm, and nominal pressures from 1.0 to 1.6MPa. Valve body materials include cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel. It is not recommended for environments containing solid particles or high-viscosity media.
Micro Resistance Slow Closing Silencing Check Valve Function
Its function is to prevent backflow of the medium in the pipeline. Similar to a regular check valve, but with a silencer device, it belongs to the category of hydraulic control valves. Hydraulic control valves offer advantages such as steam blocking and drainage, high sensitivity, improved steam utilization, no steam leakage, reliable performance, high back pressure ratio, long service life, and convenient maintenance. A check valve is a valve whose opening and closing mechanism relies on the flow and force of the medium to automatically open or close, preventing backflow. The micro resistance slow closing check valve is an automatic valve, mainly used in pipelines where the medium flows in one direction only, preventing accidents. It is suitable for clean media but not for media containing solid particles or with high viscosity.
