The Energy Saving Silence Check Valve is a valve installed on the outlet pipe of a water pump, specifically designed to eliminate water hammer. When the pump stops, the check valve uses a spring-assisted valve disc to close quickly and prematurely when the forward flow is close to zero, effectively preventing water hammer and thus eliminating noise. The silent check valve also features small size, light weight, low fluid resistance, short structural length, fatigue resistance, and long service life. It is suitable for water supply and drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems and can be installed at the pump outlet to prevent backflow and damage to the pump body.

Structural Features:

3. The valve disc has a short closing stroke, only 1/4 of the nominal diameter, reducing closing time and water hammer.
4. The valve uses a spring to accelerate the closing speed and reduce water hammer.
5. The valve disc has a hollow, thin-shell structure, reducing inertia and allowing for rapid closure while minimizing impact noise.
6. This product can be installed vertically, horizontally, tilted, or at any angle.
