Closed State: The electric actuator drives the valve stem to rotate, causing the gate to move down to the valve seat. The elastic rubber layer deforms under pressure, filling machining deviations and achieving self-sealing.

Sealing Mechanism: Relies on the dual action of medium pressure and rubber elasticity to ensure zero leakage.
