An electric flapper valve is a valve device used to cut off and connect fluid media in pipelines. It mainly uses an electric actuator to drive the slide (gate) to move up, down or sideways, thereby achieving the function of flow control or complete cut-off of materials in the pipeline (such as powdery, granular, small blocky materials, or fluid media such as gas and liquid).
Working Principle:
The electric slide gate valve is opened and closed by a motor. When material needs to be discharged, turning the power switch causes the motor to rotate counterclockwise, which in turn rotates the lead screw, slowly lifting the gate to open the discharge port. When the gate opens and touches the limit switch, the power is disconnected, and the motor stops rotating. Conversely, when material needs to be sealed, turning the power switch causes the motor to rotate clockwise, which in turn rotates the lead screw, slowly lowering the gate to close it, thus sealing the material.
