Quick Exhaust Valve is suitable for industrial pipelines with water as the medium, serving as a device to rapidly expel air from the pipeline. It enhances the efficiency of water delivery equipment and prevents pipeline deformation or rupture, making it an essential component of the pipeline.
The valve features a cylindrical body, primarily containing a stainless steel float and plug. Installed at the pump outlet or in water distribution pipelines, it effectively removes accumulated air from the pipeline, improving the efficiency of water pipes and pumps. Additionally, when negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, the valve quickly draws in air to prevent damage caused by negative pressure.
Action Principle
When wate enter pipe, float ball stop at the bottom of ball bucket exhaust much air, when air is empty, water enter valve then ball is floating stop valve by ball bucket, stop exhaust, pipe will automatically have little air under normal working the air will be collected to top of pipe to some certain extent, water and ball drop at anytime, air exhaust from small hole.
