WCB Floating Ball Valve adopts a floating design where the ball is pressed against the downstream seat by medium pressure to achieve a single-side seal. The seat material is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or an elastic sealing ring, ensuring sealing through preload force at low pressure and enhanced sealing via medium pressure at high pressure.
Key Features:
Fire & Static Protection: Equipped with a conductive spring between the stem and body to discharge static electricity.
Fire-Resistant Structure: Forms a metal-to-metal hard seal when the soft seal is burned out.
Material Options: Carbon steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel, and sour-service-resistant alloys.
Temperature Range: -196°C to 150°C.
