The Wafer stainless steel ball valve is a type of ball valve made of stainless steel and connected by the flange method. It belongs to the type of shut-off valves. Its core component is the ball, which can achieve rapid opening or closing of the fluid by rotating 90°. The stainless steel material endows it with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for various harsh working conditions and widely used in fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, natural gas, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Applicable temperature range: -196℃ to 680℃ (determined by the material of the sealing ring. PTFE ranges from -29℃ to 180℃, and polyoxymethylene extends up to 300℃)

Ultra-thin design

The length of the valve body is shortened by 40% to 50% compared to ordinary ball valves, and the weight is reduced by more than 30%. This significantly saves space and material costs.
For instance, the DN100 valve is only 275mm in length and is particularly suitable for scenarios where there is limited space, such as taking samples from the bottom of a reaction vessel or in areas with dense pipelines.
Elastic sealing valve seat
Using materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or isotactic polypropylene, zero-leakage sealing is achieved, with low opening and closing torque and easy operation.
When the pressure level reaches PN25, the leakage rate is ≤ 0.01cc/min, which complies with the API 598 standard.
Multifunctional integration
Fire-resistant structure: Maintains sealing during a fire, meets API 607 fire protection certification.
Anti-static device: Conductive springs are installed between the valve stem, the ball, and the valve body, with a resistance of ≤ 10Ω, to prevent static electricity sparks.
90° switch positioning piece: Equipped with a lock hole to prevent accidental operation. It can also be optionally equipped with an insulation jacket to maintain the medium temperature.

Easy installation
The split design eliminates the middle flange of the traditional flanged ball valve, reducing the connection length to DN/25 (for example, the length of a DN100 valve is only 275mm).
During installation, only double-headed bolts are needed for fixation, without the need for additional flanges or welding. This reduces construction time and costs.
Easy maintenance
The two-piece or three-piece valve body enables the replacement of the valve seat and packing without disassembling the pipeline, thereby reducing downtime.
The valve stem is equipped with a device to prevent it from coming off. There are pressure relief holes on the ball socket of the steel ball, ensuring operational safety.
Flexible driving mode
Support various driving methods such as manual, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic.
The electric gate ball valve is equipped with an angle-travel electric actuator. It supports 4-20mA signal control and Modbus communication protocol, and can be connected to DCS/SCADA systems for remote monitoring and fault warning.
