The pneumatic three-way control valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm, cylinder actuator, or electric actuator with a three-way valve body. It comes in two types: confluence (two inlets, one outlet) and diversion (one inlet, two outlets). It can replace two two-way control valves to achieve fluid mixing or proportioning regulation. It is mainly used in industrial automation control systems such as centralized heating, petrochemicals, and metallurgy to regulate medium pressure, temperature, and flow parameters.
The valve body adopts a cylindrical thin-walled window valve core structure. Linear stroke valves include single-seat and double-seat types (large flow capacity, small unbalanced force). Angular stroke valves include V-type electric regulating ball valves and eccentric butterfly valves, especially suitable for high flow rate, high pressure drop, and leakage control scenarios.
Materials include carbon steel and stainless steel (304/316), with nominal diameters from DN15 to DN300, working pressures from PN1.6 to 6.4 MPa, and an applicable temperature range of -40℃ to 450℃. With a positioner, the control accuracy can reach ±1.5%, the flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage, the leakage level is IV or above, and the rated flow coefficient KV value is 6.3-1360. It features a compact structure, sensitive operation, and low pressure drop loss. The actuator has a fast response speed and supports both vertical and horizontal installation.
