The pneumatic soft-seal butterfly valve features an eccentric metal seal design. The valve seat sealing ring is composed of a soft T-shaped sealing ring and multiple layers of stainless steel sheets. The outer circumference of the valve plate has a spherical shape to achieve pressurized opening and closing. Driven by a piston-type double-acting or single-acting pneumatic actuator, the valve plate rotates 0~90°, featuring low operating torque, fast opening and closing speed, and bidirectional zero-leakage sealing.
Sealing methods include elastic sealing and metal sealing. It supports flange and wafer connections, and the operating pressure ranges from vacuum to high pressure. The actuator can be equipped with limit switches, solenoid valves, and other accessories, and receives 4-20mA signals for regulation and control functions.
