High pressure ball valve Working Principle:
The working principle of a high-pressure ball valve is that when the valve stem pushes the valve core (ball), the valve core moves on the valve seat. When the valve core moves to a certain position, it controls the flow rate of the medium, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the flow rate. In specific applications, the rotation angle of a high-pressure ball valve is typically 90 degrees. When the valve stem drives the ball to rotate 90 degrees, the ball's passage connects or disconnects from the valve seat's passage, thus achieving the opening or closing action.

High Pressure Resistance
They can withstand a wide range of pressures, typically from a few megapascals (MPa) to hundreds of megapascals, making them suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems.
The valve body is designed with a reinforced structure (such as thick walls and special shapes) to prevent deformation under high pressure.
Sealing Reliability
Metal seals or soft seals (such as PTFE) are designed to ensure zero or minimal leakage.
Self-relief structure: Some imported high-pressure ball valves are equipped with a pressure relief hole to prevent medium retention from causing sealing failure.

High pressure ball valve Maintenance and Upkeep
To ensure the normal operation and extend the service life of the high-pressure ball valve, regular maintenance is required:
- Shutdown Inspection: Regularly inspect the valve and pipeline for foreign objects, corrosion, and other problems.
- Cleaning: Clean the inner shell and ball surface of the ball valve using methods such as brushing, steam cleaning, water rinsing, or ultrasonic cleaning.
- Inspect the Ball and Seals: Inspect the ball's dimensions, contour, surface gloss, and performance characteristics such as pressure resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance; also check the integrity of all seals.
- Disassembly and Reassembly: During disassembly and reassembly, follow the standard structural drawings and take care to protect components to avoid damage.
- Testing and Assembly: Test each disassembled component, especially the valve stem for proper operation and sealing; after testing, reassemble to ensure accuracy.
