‌CF3 Pressure Sealing Gate Valve‌ enhances sealing through media pressure, with its key mechanisms as follows:

Pressure Conversion‌:

When closing, media pressure drives the gate toward the seat while compressing the self-sealing ring at the connection between the bonnet and valve body.

Higher pressure induces greater deformation of the sealing ring, filling microscopic gaps to achieve highly reliable sealing.

Bi-Directional Pressure Endurance‌:

The gate is designed as a ‌bi-directional pressure-bearing structure‌, enabling sealing from either flow direction to accommodate complex pipeline requirements.

Opening Release‌:

As the stem rotates to lift the gate, media pressure is automatically released, allowing the sealing ring to return to its original shape and reducing opening resistance.
