The materials include cast steel, stainless steel (such as 304/316L), etc., with a nominal pressure range of 150LB~2500LB, suitable for high, medium and low pressure conditions;
The valve disc and valve seat are welded with carbide or Stellite coating to enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
‌Drive mode‌
Supports manual operation (handwheel or gearbox) and automatic drive (electric/pneumatic actuator) to meet the control needs of different scenarios.

Select materials according to the characteristics of the medium (e.g., low-temperature steel is required for liquid ammonia systems, and 316L stainless steel is selected for corrosive media);
Forged steel valve body + bellows sealing structure is preferred for high-pressure pipelines.
‌Maintenance specifications‌
Regularly check the valve sealing (API 598 standard leakage test is recommended every 6 months);
Frequent opening and closing scenarios require checking the wear of the valve stem thread and lubrication in time
