Electric Actuated Globe Valve

Electric globe valve consists of an electric actuator and a stop valve body. The electric thrust drives the valve stem to rotate, so that the valve disc fits tightly with the valve seat to achieve the function of cutting off or regulating the medium. Its core feature is forced sealing. When closing, pressure must be applied to ensure that there is no leakage on the sealing surface.

Core structure and components

Valve body and valve disc:
The valve body can be made of cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc., suitable for different media (such as corrosive liquids, high-temperature steam);
The valve disc adopts a plunger or butterfly plate design, and some models integrate elastic sealing rings to enhance sealing.

Drive system:
The electric actuator supports AC220V/380V power supply to achieve remote control (such as PLC/DCS system);
The connection angle between the valve stem and the valve disc is usually 45°~65° to reduce the opening and closing resistance.

Electricity and heat: High-temperature steam system (hard seal model is suitable for ≤425℃ working conditions);

Water treatment and pharmaceutical: Clean fluid regulation (such as PTFE soft seal model)
