Cage Guided Globe Valve Description
Cage-guided stop valve combines the forced sealing characteristics of the stop valve with the guide structure of the cage-type regulating valve. It adopts a sleeve-guided valve disc design, and realizes precise movement of the valve disc through the top or valve stem guide. It is suitable for harsh working conditions with high pressure difference and high-precision flow control.
Core structure
Valve body and valve cover:
Straight-through flow channel or S-shaped streamlined design reduces pressure loss and enhances fluid stability.
Material is mostly stainless steel (such as 304, 316), carbon steel or alloy steel, suitable for high temperature and corrosive media.
Valve disc and guide sleeve:
The valve disc adopts a top-guided or sleeve-guided structure, with a large guide area, strong shock resistance, and reduced risk of movement deviation.
Some models are pressure-balanced designs, balancing the medium pressure through a porous cage valve core to reduce the operating torque.
Sealing system:
Forced sealing form, when closing, a large pressure must be applied to ensure that the valve disc fits the valve seat, and the leakage level can reach level IV (≤0.01%×rated flow).
The valve seat adopts direct pressure non-threaded connection, which is convenient for quick disassembly and maintenance.

Advantages
High pressure differential adaptability
The cage structure can disperse the pressure differential of the medium and balance the force on the valve core, which is suitable for working conditions with a pressure differential of ≤6.4MPa.
High-precision control
The sleeve guide ensures the linear movement of the valve disc, with high flow characteristic accuracy (linear/equal percentage characteristics), and an adjustable ratio of 50:135.
Low noise and anti-cavitation
The porous cage valve core design can reduce the flow rate, cavitation and noise (≤85dB).
Long life and easy maintenance
The valve disc surface is welded with hard alloy or sprayed with ceramic layer, which has strong wear resistance; the modular design of the valve seat supports quick replacement.
