Selection and maintenance recommendations
Selection points:
Containing particles of media preferred hard seal, clean fluid optional soft seal to reduce the operating torque;
Large diameter (DN ≥ 300) recommended pneumatic or electric drive, suitable for automation control needs.
Maintenance requirements:
Regularly check the sealing surface wear and lubrication status of the valve stem, timely replacement of aging seals;
Keep the valve half open when it is out of service for a long time to prevent the sealing surface from sticking.
